Got Low or No Libido - What to do?????
Here is a list of things you can try to enhance your libido.
Boost your self-confidence and self esteem
Increase your sexual knowledge
Learn how your body and your partners body works
Understand how arousal works for you and your partner
Limit your alcohol intake, Eliminate Nicotine, reduce sugary foods and beverages
Reduce your stress and get plenty of restorative sleep
Try Red Light Therapy to calm the nervous system (for men it can increase testosterone)
Build (rebuild) trust in your relationship
Learn about the different levels of intimacy
Know your and your partners Love Language
Know how to apologize in your partners apology language (teach them how you need an apology)
Do forgiveness work of self and others
Heal your Inner child
Address and release past traumas
Get your hormones tested by a naturopath
Get some early morning light, and some sunset light into your eyes.
And especially important if you haven't been touched in a while, get some touch - a massage, a hair cut, reflexology, etc.
Having NO libido is perfectly OK, if you are okay with it BUT if one partner in the relationship has low or No libido then it is a problem.
