Feeling Anxious? Check out some techniques that can help reduce feelings of anxiety.

My protocol for rapid anxiety relief combines multiple techniques and Hypnotherapy is just one of them.

I specialize in helping my clients rewire their brain, so the anxiety patterns STOP.

By reframing experiences, clients can let of their painful past.

Sometimes all that is needed is boosting self confidence, improving self esteem and developing habit that increase self worth and belief in ones capabilities.

By identifying and eliminating the root cause of your negative feelings, you will develop a strong positive emotional state. 

I work with clients in person and all over the world via video.

Sessions are about 1 hour long and 4 weekly sessions are recommended.

INSTRUCTIONS

1) Please start by watching the Welcome Video.

2) Next scroll down to the video technique demonstrations. Some techniques are super quick - about 1 minute. Some are a bit longer - such as Havening.

3) I have even included a printable document so you can READ to someone a few of the anti-anxiety technique.

4) You will find 3 self hypnosis audio recordings you can listen to anytime you like. They vary in length but set aside about 20 minutes to enjoy listening to them.
