Hypnosis for Health
Anxiety, Habits
& Confidence Support
When talk therapy isn’t enough—and you’re ready for change that sticks.
Many people come to hypnotherapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated. Maybe you’ve tried therapy, self-help books, or willpower, but something still isn’t shifting. That’s because some issues live deep below the surface, driven by subconscious beliefs and emotional patterns that traditional methods can’t fully reach.
Hypnotherapy gently accesses your subconscious mind—the part of you responsible for over 90% of your thoughts, behaviors, and emotional responses—to create lasting, powerful change.
How Hypnosis Works for Confidential or Sensitive Issues
Sometimes the issue feels too personal—or too private—to talk about. You might be in a profession where disclosure is difficult (police, military, medical, legal), or you may be dealing with something deeply emotional or intimate.
In these cases, I use a powerful method called The Simpson Protocol, which allows your subconscious mind to do the work without you needing to say a word.
While you're in a deep hypnotic state, your subconscious uses finger signals (yes/no ideomotor responses) to guide the session. This means:
I don’t need to know the issue
Your conscious mind doesn’t interfere
Your subconscious safely and efficiently:
Gets to the root cause
Finds creative solutions
Diminishes the emotional charge
Releases negative feelings
Your privacy is fully respected—and you still get results.
Your Hypnotic Journey: Two Options to Choose From
Option 1: The Four-Session Program
We meet once a week over four weeks.
Session 1: 90–120 minutes
Sessions 2–4: 60–90 minutes each
This option allows for deeper transformation and steady support throughout your journey.
Option 2: The Single Breakthrough Session
A focused 2 to 2.5-hour session for clients seeking rapid change around one core issue.
In both options, you'll receive self-hypnosis audio recordings to reinforce your progress between sessions.

What Is Hypnosis, Really?
Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state of focused awareness—similar to what you experience while daydreaming, watching a movie, or reading a good book.
During hypnosis, your conscious mind becomes quiet while your subconscious becomes open and responsive to helpful suggestions. It’s safe, comfortable, and deeply effective.
Hypnosis is medically recognized by both the American Psychiatric Association and the British Medical Association as a valid therapeutic tool.
Ready to Experience the Change You’ve Been Searching For?
