Hello, I am Helena Jehnichen, a Clinical Hypnotherapist, certified by the International Medical Dental Hypnotherapy Association in 2013.

I have a love helping students reduce social anxiety, eliminate test & competition pressure, manage their performance anxiety, release the fear of failure and increase their focus all by changing how they think and feel.

When athletes smash their limiting beliefs and know how to coach themselves in a positive fashion, gold medal results happen.

My goals when working with athletes (at any level) is to:

  • provide athletes with the tools they need to make their dreams a reality

  • help them reach their full potential

  • change their mindset from what they didn’t achieve, to what they can achieve

  • expand their mind(s) to the infinite possibilities

Using my hypnotic skills for good, my alter ego, Roxy Madison, Comedy Stage Hypnotist, has hypnotized 1000’s of high school students at 20+ Dry Grad Celebrations. Trust me, all ages of students LOVE to experience the hypnotic phenonium called hypnosis.

A little about me: at age 14, I was the gold medal winner in the BC Winter Games in the 1 metre spring board, and continued to competitively dive until the age of 17. Through out my life sports has always been a part of my life. I’ve enjoy being a ballerina, a gymnast, a tennis player, a cross country skier, a water skier and swimming.

But how can a someone who has never played “YOUR” sport at “YOUR” level help you? Because a gold medal winning mental attitude is needed to be successful in LIFE. You have the words to describe what you do, but you don’t have the tools to train your MIND to deliver the consistent results you want - YET.

How I work with Young Athletes

1) I typically work with athletes via zoom for 8 @ 30 minute block of times, which are scheduled through out their season. All my athletes have 24/7/365 access to my self hypnosis recordings, videos of techniques designed to support athletes when they need it the most.

Understanding that Athletes require their Hypnotist / Mental Toughness Coach to be available early mornings, evenings and weekends, they are able to schedule impromptu appointments prior to and even during competitions.

I work with ages 16 and above.
